I’m Tami, the founder of Tamara’s Table™, and a Certified Biblical Counselor. With compassion and care, I walk alongside clients using God’s Word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Through faith-based counseling, clients are encouraged toward healing and life-changing growth that carries forward into every relationship and season of life.

Biblical Counseling Approach

Tamara’s Table™ Biblical Counseling Center is a Bible-based counseling practice grounded in biblical truth and spiritual guidance rather than clinical or psychological methodologies. As such, Tamara’s Table does not diagnose mental illness, prescribe medications, or provide medical or legal advice.

As a counselor, I am committed to cultivating genuine, authentic relationships with those I serve. My role is to offer acceptance, comfort, guidance, and encouragement as clients encounter God’s love, truth, and the necessity of placing Him at the center of their lives.

Tamara’s Table™ operates as an independent counseling ministry under Tamara’s Table, L.L.C. Within this counseling practice, RISE™~A Table of Hope™ serves individuals navigating grief, loss, and bereavement, providing compassionate, faith-centered support during some of life’s most difficult seasons.

Clients are welcomed regardless of religious background or church affiliation. While I have personally accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and counsel from a distinctly biblical worldview, faith background does not determine eligibility for services.

As a Certified Biblical Counselor, I counsel from an eternal perspective rooted in Scripture. Biblical counseling recognizes that God created humanity as a three-part being—body, soul, and spirit—each designed to function in harmony under God’s authority. This understanding, often referred to as the Trichotomy of Man, is supported by 1 Thessalonians 5:23. When God is absent from the center of one’s life, individuals often experience a persistent search for meaning and fulfillment that earthly pursuits cannot satisfy. True restoration and wholeness are found through identity in Christ and the indwelling work of the Holy Spirit.
