Hi, I am Tami the founder of Tamara’s Table, L.L.C. I am a Certified Biblical Counselor who brings care and compassion to every client through God’s Word and the Holy Spirit. Through faith-based practices clients are guided and encouraged to make life-changing decisions which impact the individual as they carry those changes forward into their relationships with others.
Through confidential conversations between myself and the client, a journey to healing, wholeness and hope is embarked upon. There is help. There is hope. Do not grow weary or give up!

Biblical Counseling Approach
Tamara’s Table—Biblical Counseling Center is a Bible-based practice focused upon Biblical precepts rather than clinical methodologies. As such, I do not prescribe medications or diagnose mental illness.
As a counselor I strive to nurture genuine and authentic relationships with clients. My focus is to accept, comfort, guide and encourage clients as they experience God’s love, acceptance and the need for Him at the center of their lives. I am an independent counselor operating as Tamara’s Table, L.L.C. Religious backgrounds or affiliations do not have any bearing in the acceptance of clients. I have accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am a disciple of Jesus.
As a Certified Biblical Counselor, I counsel from a Biblical worldview bringing an eternal perspective to clients as they learn God created man in three parts: a physical body, a soul and a spirit, all of which are incomplete without God at the center. This is called the ‘Trichotomy of Man’ as found in I Thessalonians 5:23. Without this knowledge and understanding, we often experience life continually seeking purpose in things do not satisfy the void within. This void can only be filled by knowing who we are in Christ, and having the Holy Spirit dwell within us.
It would be an honor to work with those who are struggling to find lasting healing and hope. I am available to talk with you in-person, online or by telephone.

I offer a cozy and positive environment for you to share YOUR story. YOUR story matters! We all have stories of ups, downs, wins and losses. We all make mistakes, or wish we had made different decisions and choices. All client situations are held in strictest confidence as I handle each with kindness, sincerity, grace and the Holy Spirit’s wisdom. Each session begins and ends with prayer…and I also provide tissues as needed :) My passion is to help others discover hope, to become healed and whole in Christ.

My office is conveniently located in south Oklahoma City near the Moore/Norman area. Can’t make it in person? No worries – I also offer video counseling or by telephone.
